Brava trains HR and L&D managers to deliver the half-day Leadership Skills Workshop. This enables them to develop their first-line  managers' practical leadership skills.

What Creates Success

In addition to the post-training support we've provided to clients, our success has been due to two factors:

• By comparing the activities of high-performing managers against the results of performance improvement research, we've been able to identify the 20% of leadership activity that makes the greatest difference in the workplace. 80% of employee performance and work motivation is driven by that 20% of leadership activity. The Leadership Skills Workshop teaches the key skills of:

• Corrective feedback to address performance problems

And it provides the opportunity to practise these skills with others and obtain feedback to ensure improvement.
