Roger Simpson, Consultant

Roger is Brava’s associate consultant in Melbourne, Australia. His expertise is in maximising sales performance and service delivery through lifting the performance of people. He has designed and implemented numerous sales and service improvement projects for a wide range of clients throughout Australia.

With more than 12 years experience as the Director of a performance improvement company, Roger is an acknowledged expert in assisting managers to bring out the best in their people. Many of his clients have experienced in excess of the doubling of sales performance, and significant lifts in service delivery, as a result of his focus on increasing the productivity of people.

Roger is involved in business development for Brava in the state of Victoria, assists with the facilitation of Brava’s Effective Leadership workshops and provides support to ensure that Brava’s clients experience significant improvements in employee performance and work motivation.

Roger holds a Diploma of Management from NZIM.
